In a world of over-stimulation and increased rates of A.D.D. diagnoses, it’s as important as ever to introduce activities to your children that require focus and dedication. Martial arts are perfect avenues for this, as they involve complex movements and muscle memory while encouraging body movement. And by their nature, these sports introduce critical self-defense skills that your children can build on as they grow.
Our students share a common experience during class, from warm-ups and drilling techniques to group games and live rolling. They also learn to effectively and respectfully communicate with their classmates and instructors as they practice new skills.

Our students experience the challenge and satisfaction that comes with identifying a goal and ‘sticking with it’ until they reach it. This boosts their confidence and helps teach important life skills along the way.
Jiu Jitsu, NoGi Kickboxing and Judo provide demanding but FUN cardiovascular workouts for adults and children alike.
