Class Descriptions

White Belt BJJ
Our White Belt Class focuses on the techniques critical for white belts to master. All white belts are encouraged to attend.
Typical class includes: warm up, technique instruction, and drilling

Foundation BJJ
The best JiuJitsu is deeply rooted in the fundamentals. Our Foundation BJJ class places a consistent focus on the fundamentals. All belt levels are welcome and encouraged to attend Foundation BJJ.

Advanced BJJ
Our Advanced BJJ class is for blue belts and above.

Competition Class
Competition class will help you take your JiuJitsu to the next level. This class is non-stop from start to finish, with lots of drilling and rolling. White belts with some experience, and all other belts are welcome and encouraged to attend Competition class. Depending on the time of year, and upcoming tournament structure, Competition Class will be structured around either Gi or NoGi.

Drilling
Come prepared to work on technique! During Drilling class, you will drill, drill, and drill some more. This is a great time to fine tune your technique, and get specific feedback and instructor guidance. All belt levels are welcome and encouraged to attend Drilling class. You can participate in Gi or NoGi.

NoGi BJJ
Our NoGi BJJ classes cover everything from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Typically our NoGi classes parallel the training in our Gi classes.

Open Mat
Open mat sessions are open to all gyms and all skill levels. During Open Mat, you can train Gi or NoGi.

Kickboxing
Our kickboxing class is a mix of classic American boxing, American Kickboxing, and Muay Thai strikes. This class is for everyone wanting to learn striking and get a good workout.
Typical class includes: warm up, drills, situational drills, shadow boxing, sparring and more

Kids Gi BJJ
The best JiuJitsu is deeply rooted in the fundamentals. Our kids BJJ class enstills the fundamentals of JiuJitsu, and adds more advanced techniques as the kids are ready to advance in their training.
