Schedule

Beginning May 19, we are open with a new schedule. We are taking extra safety precautions at the gym, with an even more aggressive cleaning schedule than normal. In addition to our precautions, we ask all students to observe the following guidelines:

Dont come to class if you are sick, or if anyone in your house is sick.

Always wear a clean gi.

Wash your hands before and after class.

 

Kids BJJ
The best JiuJitsu is deeply rooted in the fundamentals. Our kids BJJ class enstills the fundamentals of JiuJitsu, and adds more advanced techniques as the kids are ready to advance in their training.
 
Gear: A gi is required for class. If you are new to JiuJitsu and trying a class for the first time, we have loaner gis.
 
Typical Class Includes: warm up, technique instruction, drills, and rolls

Kids NoGi BJJ
Our NoGi BJJ classes cover everything from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Typically our NoGi classes parallel the training in our Gi classes.
 
Gear: Shorts with no pockets and a rash guard are ideal for NoGi BJJ. If you are new to NoGi, shorts with no pockets and a tight fitting t-shirt will be sufficient.
 
Typical Class Includes: warm up, technique instruction, drills, and rolls

Kids Judo
Judo is a classical Japanese martial and Olympic sport. Judo focuses on standing grappling with the primay focus being to throw your partner to the ground, pin him, or submit him.
 
Gear: A gi is required for class. If you are trying a class for the first time, we have loaner gis.
 
Typical Class Includes: warm up, technique instruction, and drills

Adult BJJ

The best JiuJitsu is deeply rooted in the fundamentals. Our adult BJJ class places a consistent focus on the fundamentals combined with advanced techniques. All belt levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

 
Gear: A gi is required for class. If you are new to JiuJitsu and trying a class for the first time, we have loaner gis.
 
Typical Class Includes: warm up, technique instruction, drills, and rolls

NoGi BJJ
Our NoGi BJJ classes cover everything from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Typically our NoGi classes parallel the training in our Gi classes.

Kickboxing
Our kickboxing class is a mix of classic American boxing, American Kickboxing, and Muay Thai strikes. This class is for everyone wanting to learn striking and get a good workout.
 
Gear: Gloves, wrist wrap, and shin guards are required. If you don't have gear, let us know. We have some loaner gear for your first few classes.
 
Typical Class Includes: warm up, drills, situational drills, shadow boxing, sparring and more

MMA

Strikes, kicks and submission grappling

Our MMA team is built from students and coaches in the school. To be a team member and fight for us you must be a student attending all classes. MMA practice and sparring are held seperately in regular private sessions.
