Submission grappling

Submission grappling (or NoGi) is the close cousin of BJJ. It has a slightly different grappling ruleset for sport competitions and the lack of the Gi (kimono) changes the techniques and strategy.

Our regularly scheduled adult class NoGi instructors include:

Aaron "Tex" Johnson   John Henson   Ryan Salgado

Guest Instructors:

Our most notable guest instructor is Adriano Lucio. Adriano is a 5th degree black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu. He visits us from Brazil a few times every year.
